Love Comes to Everyone!!

Isn't that true??
Love is the most universal feeling there is.
Cutting across class, race, nationality...
And the way a mother protects her kid, the way a father will sweat for his family-love has no language. It is universal.
And, in much the same way, loving God is universal.
The love we have for Krishna is an instinctive feeling-something which is deeply ingrained in us.

It is 05:23 AM, i have not slept in the night, and this is hardly the time to be philosophical.
And yet, a dear Facebook friend of mine chose to share this song.

It was only fair that I shared the magic with all of you.

Go do it,
Got to go through that door,
There's no easy way out at all . . .
Still it only takes time
'Til love comes to everyone.

For you who it always seems blue
It all comes, it never rains
But it pours,
Still it only takes time . . .
'Til love comes to everyone.

There in your heart . . .
Something that's never changing;
Always a part of . . .
Something that's never ageing,
That's in your heart . . .

It's so true it can happen to you all; there,
Knock and it will open wide,
And it only takes time
'Til love comes to everyone.

George Harrison performed this song only once. It was part of his eponymous album "George Harrison".
A Vaishnava friend of mine  told me that "My Sweet Lord" propelled her to become a Vaishnava!!
To someone like me, who has lived all my life (by God's grace) around various beautiful bhajans, it took something like this to understand how much music affects people.
Maybe there is a lesson somewhere there: George Harrison perhaps left  invaluable gems in his music.

  3. @LUEN: C'mon aka, itz love only if there is something going against it!! We must find time amidst our tough schedule, and still love Him!!! There really is nothing like "retiring". As Krishna says in the BG, "even if u think u r nt doing anything, u still are sitting, breathing..."
So, chill out. Go see Him in the temple. And, stop whining about your work. There really is no escaping from it!
